When you arrive at the property, please indicate your check in in the Airbnb application or by private message to the host. It will do the same with the check out.

Remove all sand in the showers at the back of the building before entering to the apartment.

Before checking out, please remove trash from the kitchen and bathroom.

Parties or outside guests will not be allowed.

PLEASE KEEP THE AIR OFF, while you are outside the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed inside or around the property and the condominium.

Enter the building in an orderly manner. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM. Please be respectful during this time. 

If you have music playing, it must be at a prudent and responsible volume.

Animals will NOT be accepted in the area.

All gates, both to the building and to the apartment, must always be closed.

Do Not remove the decoration from the place where it is.

Please treat the studio and its furnishings with care and respect. Anything that breaks, disappears, or exchanges will be notified to the Airbnb company for the proper processing of the corresponding collection.
